This Agreement constitutes a license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights to the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the Software.
    3. The "Software" includes the executable computer programs, and any related printed, electronic and online documentation and any other files that may accompany the product.
    4. The Software may be installed onto no more than one computer running a validly licensed copy of the operating system for which the Software was designed. This license authorizes you to make only as many copies of the Software as are necessary for its lawful use and for back-up purposes, provided that all such copies contain all of the Software’s proprietary notices. You will take all reasonable precautions to protect the Software from unauthorized copying or use.
    5. The Software License is bound to the computer hardware. In case you have to replace or upgrade your computer or its components within the active term of your License, you must inform AMT in writing.
